I had read many times that Fela married the ladies to stand up to those who were against polygamy. What you have shared here--that he married them after the rapes--that right there is some seriously revolutionary business as so many women globally are &quot;shamed&quot; and shunned because they are victims of sexual assault.Thank you for this. Never saw, heard, smelt, or felt anything the same way ever again in my life. When James Brown died I spent the entire day rocking nothing but JB &amp; Fela tunes.</description>
