What you said about her wearing furs year-round and dying from diet pills is deeply tragic. I didn’t know that was how she died. The death toll of women who have died undergoing cosmetic procedures or under the weight of eating disorders or outsized dieting attempts.

It is truly sad and so unnecessary. I consider it violence against women–it hurts me to hear people disparaging themselves and their bodies in profoundly negative ways and it is absolutely insane that a woman in possession of such talents and success could have so much self loathing.
