Just wanted to add that the mother of Stevie’s daughter, Aisha, is Yolanda. I can’t recall her last name, but the lyric is the sond, Isn’t She Lovely, states ” “Londie, it could have not been done without you who conceive the one…” Also, I think Stevie and Syreeta were divorced by 1974, which would have been 2 years before Songs in the Key of Life gave us the song about Aisha. thanks

One of my favourite Stevie tracks is All I Do. I like to find his good eighties stuff and there was I thinking oh yeah, tracks like All I do show a more mature, darker side of Stevie. Only then do I find Tammi Terrell recorded it in ’66 making Stevie at most 16 when he wrote it.

To have that kind of emotional depth in your musical composition at that age, well, who else but Stevie Wonder?

Aretha’s ‘Till you come back to me’ is ok but damn, i’ve heard Stevie sing part of it on a UK radio interview and it just gets better.

I was surprised when I first found out about ‘It’s a shame’ being a Stevie piece. Out of alot of the tracks the Stevie wrote for other people you can tell his style on there but not to me with the Spinners track.

I trust you’ll be doing a week where you list your top 5 guest harmonica solo’s by Stevie?
