BoL starts off the week with an Andy Bey retrospective. Vocalists Maysa Leak and Shaun Escoffery have new albums featuring classic soul songs. We close out with 12 covers of "Summertime" (an instrumental and a vocal from Nina Simone, a classic and a remix from Billie Holiday, plus versions from Erroll Garner, the Modern Jazz Quartet, Jeanne Lee & Ran Blake, Duke Ellington, Morcheeba, Sam Cooke, Whirimako Black and Rahsaan Roland Kirk).
