i DO NOT LIKE hearing Lauren with this old school flow. It makes me ITCH. It makes my HEAD HURT. I don’t like it, AT ALL. I’m getting that Latino group from the West Coast (why can’t I remember anybody’s name) and also someone on the East Coast, but it’s not coming to me. BUT I’m not feeling Lauryn. Ouch!

But I *did* hear her reference to Come Sunday.

And, yes, Les Nubians do an excellent job making a beautiful song without trying to go beyond their talents. I liked it.

Mahalia’s voice is timeless, flawless…the voice of an angel. I have this CD…someone gave it as a gift but I rarely listen to it. Thanks for sharing this track. I have to dust it off now.
