That was about the Greatest performance I think that I have ever seen. Those guys sang so smooth. They were almost electric, coming through in four part harmony. What a gas they were, we met them after the show. Kutchie Pelaez had to pull some special strings to book the group. He has had many of his favorite artists preform at his place over the years, but the Flamingos has to be one of the best groups ever to play Kutchie's. I was in Atlanta cruising in a car with my sistafriend, Dawn, and we were all wrapped up/rapt during Lauryn's verse, and then she said, "even after all my logic and my theory..." my gosh, we were GONE. Lauryn...Ms. Hill (by the way, did that Essence piece do anything for anybody?) the MC occupies the ranks of the top ten for sure. Whenever she opened her mouth on "The Score" I paid double the attention I was paying before and that probably meant I didn't move. Come back, Lauryn! The game needs you more than it ever needed Jay Z. Yeah, i said it. (Maybe she's trying to skip the games?
